Sponge Production
We are one of the biggest foam production companies in the region. Production of regular PU and memory foams of the highest quality in our goal in foam production. We can produce up to 20T foam block of different densities per hour. Our foam production line is 30 m long.
Our latest technology machine lines give us possibility to produce the widest assortment of foam products. We have:
- 3 CNC machines for 3D cutting short blocks in various contour shapes,
- 2 carousel machines for highly efficient splitting of foam sheets,
- 4 vertical cutting machines,
- 4 crushing machines,
- 1 machine for perforation of foam.
Except for mattresses and toppers, we are able to produce up to 40.000 foam pillows per month in 53 different dimensions and shapes.
